Colour

Colour is an important part in my design and so I have taken some of my mixed colours

and placed them behind to see how the colour effects the image.

I'm creating my own dye recipes to create the colour schemes which I want to take forward to my

fabrics and then work on top of.

The colour range is mainly inspired from natural form images which I have collected.

Below are some embroidered samples which I have tried to create

in a tonal scheme.

Trying to create structures in my fabrics is still something which I want to push.

I like the idea of having hidden areas of colour which is only slightly

being exposed beneath another layer of fabric.

All influenced by natural form structures which have developed throughout

my project.
